This is a nice pulse oximeter. It has alarm limits, audio, and it even has a callander. I love this machine. Its got a nice alarm. Its not too hard. Its just a soft alarm that REALLY alarms you if something is wrong. Its GREAT FOR HOME CARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
